Custom Jewelry

The Gem Smith also offers Custom Jewelry. The Gem Smith takes your idea or picture and creates the jewelry to your specifications. The Gem Smith works with all different types of metal so you can chose what your jewelry will be made of. The Gem Smith is very exprienced and can offer their knowledge to help you along the way. The Gem Smith can also turn your old, used and outdated jewelry and revamp it to something that you would wear again. They can change a ring into a pendant, a pin into a ring and much more.

A few examples of our custom work:

Example 1

A family wanted The Gem Smith to duplicate their grandmothers original wedding ring.  They wanted it exactly the same, down to ever scratch, ding and bend.  Blanie had to specialy mix the rose gold and yellow gold to make it the exact shade as the original.  The family was so happy with the results and now all of the family members have a piece of their grandmother, great grandmother and great, great grandmother.  

Example 2
This customer wanted to add a little something to his wife's ring. We added two trillion cut diamonds on the side of the center diamond. Later on he wanted to upgrade her ring again. So this time we added more baggette diamond on the sides and round diamond all around the ring, up the crowns, and on all sides of the ring diamonds were added.

Example 3

This customer inherited this piece and wanted to add her emerald to make it truly her own style and piece that still has sentimental value.
